Terms of Service — Bulin 47 AI

Operator and agreement

Bulin 47 AI at bulin47-ai.video is operated by YANG YANG, an individual operator based in China. These terms apply to the photo-to-video service. By purchasing or submitting a generation, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter this agreement, and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. An account is required for purchases, uploads, and generation. There is no subscription.

The service

Bulin 47 AI is an independent AI creative tool that uses an uploaded photo with a fixed freestyle reference clip to create a short video. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bulin 47. Artists, recordings, and third-party reference materials remain the property of their respective owners.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that it depicts you or another adult who has given you permission to use their likeness for this purpose.

What you purchase

Packages are one-time purchases in USD: Single — $9.90 for 100 credits; Starter — $19.90 for 300 credits; Creator — $29.90 for 500 credits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Each Standard generation consumes 100 credits and each HD generation 250 credits. These qualities use the same credit balance, and credits combine across purchases. The packages can make up to 1, 3, or 5 Standard videos respectively; Starter can instead make 1 HD video with 50 credits left, and Creator can make 2 HD videos. A technical failure automatically returns the credits reserved for that generation.

Choose Standard or HD for an approximately 23-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 based on the full reference. AI results can vary in facial likeness, motion, details, and audio. A completed generation does not guarantee a particular artistic result or an exact copy of the source clip. The public demos are AI examples made with this service, not customer reviews or a guarantee of results. The second demo is a 15-second preview; purchased Standard and HD videos are both approximately 23 seconds.

Acceptable use and content policy

Only authorized adult portraits may be uploaded. You must have the necessary rights and consent for your photo and intended use. The following categories are prohibited:

1. Pornography and NSFW content — sexually explicit material, sexual harassment, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence and gore — graphic injury, threats, or content encouraging violent harm.
3. Hate speech — dehumanizing, threatening, or discriminatory content targeting protected groups.
4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM — sexual exploitation of children or any content involving minors; this tool accepts adult photos only.
5. Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation — unauthorized likeness use, fraud, political manipulation, fabricated endorsements, or presenting AI output as a real recording.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — using unlicensed media, protected branding, or someone else’s work in a way that violates their rights.

Do not bypass payment or safety checks, access another person's session, or interfere with the service. Clearly identify shared outputs as AI-generated where they could be mistaken for real recordings. You are responsible for how you publish output and for obtaining permissions required for commercial use, music, or other third-party material. A purchase does not transfer rights to an artist, the original recording, or third-party likenesses.

AI model and current safety workflow

This service requests Seedance 2.5 through APIMart for video generation. Before a generation is submitted, uploaded portraits must pass APIMart’s private-avatar asset review. The generation request also enables the provider’s safety check (nsfw_check). Provider-rejected jobs are not treated as completed videos.

This service uses a fixed reference and does not accept free-text prompts. We do not currently run a separate, independent frame-by-frame safety review after generation. Provider screening can miss content and does not replace the permissions required above. We do not publish customer outputs in a public feed.

Reports, enforcement, and appeals

Report suspected violations or rights concerns to support@bulin47-ai.video, with “Bulin 47 AI content report” in the subject. Include the task ID or affected page and a description of the concern; do not send passwords or session cookies. The service operator reviews reports and may request evidence of rights or consent.

We may pause or refuse affected jobs, suspend further generation access, remove uploaded files or output access from this service, and preserve relevant records for investigation or legal obligations. If the disputed file is hosted by the generation provider, removal must also be handled with that provider; removing a link from this service does not guarantee deletion of outside copies. Repeated or serious misuse may lead to permanent withdrawal of service access. Enforcement is reviewed by the operator; it is not represented as an automatic post-generation screening system.

If you believe a restriction or rejection was mistaken, email the same support address with the task reference and supporting explanation. Mandatory consumer protections and lawful refund rights remain unaffected.

Access and downloads

Register with your email and password or sign in with Google. Purchases, remaining credits, and generation history are associated with your account and can be accessed after signing in on another device. Keep account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized use to support. Email registration requires verification when that option is enabled; password recovery uses your registered email. Download completed videos promptly. We do not promise permanent online storage.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Each purchase authorizes the selected one-time charge. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, and applicable tax collection. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown in checkout before payment. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Purchased credits are delivered after payment confirmation; they are service access, not cash or transferable funds.

Technical generation failures return the affected 100 or 250 credits automatically; a credit return is separate from a cash refund. See the Refund Policy for billing disputes and refund requests. Keep your order reference when contacting support. Future price changes do not change the price of a completed purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and responsibility

We may pause processing when the generation or payment provider is unavailable. We may refuse content that violates these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a specific creative outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Content permission and storage

You retain your rights to your uploaded photo and grant only the permission needed to process, review, store, and deliver the requested video. We do not promise that an AI output is unique, legally protectable, or authorized for every use. External provider processing and temporary file retention are explained in the Privacy Policy. Download completed videos promptly; deleting stored media does not cancel a billing record or unused credits.

Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may revise these terms, record the effective date, and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases. The applicable laws of China govern these terms, without excluding mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

For a service or billing dispute, first contact support so we can investigate. This does not prevent you from exercising statutory complaint, refund, or dispute rights.
